1. My reports are missing formulas or are incorrect, what should I check for?
Machines send information to Mildata at the completion of a formula. If the formula is cut off before Please unload me appears on the display, the data is not recorded to Mildata, and thus not included in the reports. Remind operators to let the machine run through the entire formula.

2. My reports have the incorrect times on the reports?
Check the system clock on the PC and make sure that the time is correct. You can check this in Windows NT by right clicking on the time in the task bar and select Adjust/Time and Date.
