Extractor Error Message: Photo-eye Failed
The extractor in a Miltrac system reports an error "Photo-eye Failed."
When an extractor in a Miltrac system has just a "Belt A" and no "Belt B" and is configured incorrectly, the extractor may intermittently report a "Photo-eye Failed" error. When the extractor error, the shuttle will also error with the message "Error - Xfer Aborted."
The "Belt Delay Time" should be configured long enough to let the goods clear the photo-eye at the end of the discharge belt. Set the configuration decision "Belt Delay Time" to 99.
