Softstart->inverter
This describes how to replace the Baldor Softstart with a Yaskawa inverter
In 2012 Baldor discontinued the sale of the softstart device uses on Milnor dryers and AutoLint units. Milnor released these instructions to replace the Softstart devices with an inverter. One side benefit is that the contactors for basket reversal in a dryer are no longer used, eliminating frequent replacement of the reversing contactor.
