SUBJECT: 35 AND 50 LB SOAP CHUTE REPLACEMENTS

Dear MILNOR Dealer/Customer:

We have recently made a design change in the manual and flushing soap chute for 35 and 50 lb machines. We have doubled the number of holes in the soap chute and in the shell to accommodate a new style EPDM gasket. The old style cork gasket has now been superseded by this EPDM gasket which has a higher laundry chemical resistivity. We think the life of our new gasket will be significantly increased from the old style.

When receiving replacement manual and flushing supply hardware, it will be necessary for you to drill the older shells to accommodate these extra holes. Please also be aware that these gaskets are applied "dry", with no adhesive.
