SUBJECT: MILDATA MAINTENANCE FEATURE

Dear MILNOR MILDATA User: October 13, 1999

MILNOR has a MILDATA maintenance feature for MILDATA systems. This maintenance feature - available at *$895.00 per year - guarantees fixed price support of licensed MILDATA software installations (not PC hardware). Additionally, any modifications to the MILDATA software package are available at no added charge to the user under the maintenance feature.

As you know, technology has progressed very rapidly in the PC marketplace. A number of issues have arisen from the evolution of PC hardware and a compatibility with other systems within laundry facilities. MILNOR continues to develop the MILDATA software package and its components with the intent to offer long term reliability of the MILDATA product in a changing PC marketplace.

Our recent focus came in the form of a new operating system. The OS/2 platform was phased out and Windows NT 4.0 was incorporated to provide a more familiar user interface. MILDATA software is now a Windows based program with Microsoft Access as the database. MILDATA software also comes equipped with third party software packages that allow for the user to write customized reports, to keep track of equipment maintenance and allow for communication via modem for troubleshooting purposes.
