SUBJECT: LATEST MKII WASHER-EXTRACTOR CONTROLLER PRINTS PRODUCTION DATA TOO

Gentlemen:

We are pleased to remind you that, commencing with software code 8900B which has been furnished since approximately 7 February 90 (MILDATA 90371) the MKII washer-extractor controller also prints production data in addition t formulas, names, etc.

A sample of the production data printout (the first page is entitled DATA ACCUMULATION) is enclosed together with that portion of the instruction manual telling how to access this feature.

This software can be retrofitted to any older MKII MILNOR washer-extractor with our kit KXMIC005SA (UPGRADE MKII SOFTWARE TO PRINT PROD DATA) at a list price of $50.00 per machine. You must specify your existing software version and what second language is desired.

Although machines with new software must then be reprogrammed, all MKII controllers can download to one another providing the machines have identical configuration codes.

The necessary printer is offered in our kit KXMIC00503 at $405.00 net. This printer will work with any serial MILTRON and with the MKII washer-extractor controller.

Moreover, this same printer will soon be furnished standard on every CBW with Serial MILTRONS - and can thus print MKII washer-extractor data by simply unplugging it from the CBW and moving it to the washer-extractor.

And, by merely resetting the printer dip switches and using a conductor cable P/N KXMIC00506 (list $50.00) the KXMIC00503 printer will also work with any MK6 or later non-serial MILTRON.

We have also enclosed a sample of the formula/name printout (the first page is entitled FORMULAS) as well as the portion of the manual explaining how to access this feature. This feature has been in our MKII washer-extractor controller since the MKII was introduced.

The MILNOR MKII washer-extractor controller is light years ahead of competition. I promise you that when you get to know it, you will love it - so will your customers!
